How do I know my registration request was submitted successfully?

By following the registration user guide attached with the acknowledgements. Don’t forget to click “Save & Submit” not just “Save& Close”!

How will I know if my registration is approved?

You will receive a confirmation email once fully approved in our system. If we find missing information, you will receive a request to resubmit via email.

How do I raise my invoice?

Only the user registered under the account may enter and raise the invoice. Attached in the SBF website with the acknowledgements is the user guide.

Why does the PO line item not appear when I raise the invoice?

The project manager from our end must complete the GRN process in order for it to appear for you.

How do I edit my account?

Only the user registered under the account can enter and add new users, new attachments, and bank information, etc.. Don’t forget that once you click “Save” you will have to go back to your profile page and click” Review” then “Submit” in order for us to receive your change request.

How do I know what projects are currently tendered?

If it is a limited tender, vendors will receive an email invitation via the system. The email will be sent to the user registered under the account.

If it is a public tender, vendors should keep up with projects posted on the SBF website. You may download the required documents to create a proposal then submit it via the website post direction.

How do I make sure I have access to my account?

Once you create a password, make sure to memorize it. If the password is lost, you may email vendor management to send you a reset password email via the system. You will then receive a temporary password that you must immediately reset to avoid losing account access.
