Therefore, the privacy notice has been formulated to assist beneficiaries in understanding the nature and type of personal data collected by SBF, the purpose of collecting the personal data, and how the personal data are being processed and used by SBF.

This is to ensure the preservation of national digital sovereignty over this data unless there are cases of data transfer or processing outside the geographical boundaries of the Kingdom; provided that personal data is destroyed securely once the purpose of its collection is fulfilled, in a secure manner that prevents its loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Your personal data is collected and processed based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent from the collection and processing of your personal data at any time if there is no other legal basis covering such collection or processing. Your rights concerning the processing of your personal data
Under the data privacy policy, you have the following rights, which primarily depend on the purpose of collecting and processing your personal data:
- The right to be informed, including notifying you about the legal basis or actual necessity for collecting your personal data, the purpose of such collection, how it will be processed, stored, destroyed, and with whom it will be shared. Your data should not be processed later in a manner conflicting with the purpose for which it was collected and for which you provided implicit or explicit consent.
- The right to access your personal data held by SBF, to review it, request its correction, completion, or updating, request the destruction of what is no longer needed from it, and obtain a copy of it in a clear format by the e-mail shown in the previous section.
- The right to correct any of your personal data that you find inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete, and you can do this by sending the correction request via the e-mail shown in the previous section.
- The right to have your personal data destroyed unless there is a legal provision specifying a particular retention period or contractual requirements.

How do we share your personal data
Your data may be shared for legitimate purposes based on legal grounds or practical needs aimed at achieving SBF’s interests or public interests without causing harm to national interests, the activities of entities, individual privacy, or environmental safety—excluding data and entities exempted by royal orders.
It’s important to note that we may share necessary personal data with other entities to efficiently serve our users, and we won’t share their personal data with non-governmental entities unless they are authorized by competent authorities to perform specific governmental services.
We would like to emphasize that SBF is not responsible for the data protection mechanisms and methods in those entities, and you can refer to their privacy policies.
By providing your personal data and information through the electronic services of SBF or its partners, you fully agree to the storage, processing, and use of that data by SBF and the relevant Saudi authorities. We reserve the right to disclose any information to competent authorities when necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or governmental request.
Personal data transfer outside the Kingdom
According to the applicable regulations, your personal data will be securely stored and processed within the geographical borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure the preservation of the digital national sovereignty of this data, unless it falls under cases of transferring or processing data outside the geographical borders of the Kingdom as outlined in Article (29) of the Saudi personal data protection law.

If you have any inquiries, complaints, or requests regarding your rights related to the processing of your personal data or concerning the content of the privacy notice in general, you can contact the Data Management Office at the Sports Boulevard Foundation through the contact form or via email: DMO@sbf.gov.sa .You will receive a response within thirty days without delay, and this period may be extended if unexpected or unusual effort is required, or if multiple requests are submitted by you, provided that the extension does not exceed an additional thirty days.
